Manufacturer Warranties:
All products we carry, unless otherwise noted in the product's description, come with at least a 1 year manufacturer's warranty against defect. Any damage or misuse of the item would naturally void this warranty.
If you need to warrantee an item, please email support@doorbellexpressions.com with your original order information (if you don't have the original order number, let us know as much information as you can, including the email address used when purchased, and we can locate your order). We will then research your product, and notify you with how to proceed for the warranty.
Returns:
Any return must have prior authorization from Doorbell Expressions before we can accept the return and offer a refund. We do our best to provide high quality, good representation images of each item that we sell. Occasionally, some items will vary in appearance from what is shown, but in such cases the description of the item will note such variances.
Returns depend on the item. If it is a custom made item, we generally cannot offer a return, as it was made-to-order. If the item is a commonly ordered item, we can sometimes accept a return.
If an item is standard (no custom permanent modifications) we can usually accept a return, so long as the item is in new, perfect, and resalable condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee to cover shipping (usually 10-15%).
